Sports Writer @ Boston Sports Then & Now

Hey Guys!  Today I received an email from my colleague Joe Gill, a Boston-based Sports Editor who is looking for an intern from Suffolk to write for http://boston.sportsthenandnow.com/.  If you are at all interested in Sports Marketing/Management, this is an awesome internship opportunity!  Joe is very well connected within the Boston Sports Industry, and is planning the Boston Sports Blogapalooza Conference at Suffolk on June 16th!  Check out his message below.

Description: BST&N (http://boston.sportsthenandnow.com/) is seeking writers covering the Red Sox, Patriots & Celtics. You can write about breaking news, historical columns and game recaps/previews if you so choose. This is an unpaid job but what you don’t get in money, you will get in exposure.

  • BST&N ranks on the FIRST page on Google under “Boston Sports”
  • BST&N ranks on the FIRST page on Google under “Boston Sports History”

You can build your own online writing resume and blaze your own path to a job in sports journalism/marketing.  I started writing for BST&N in 2009 and now I am working full time for FanFeedr Hot Takes (http://news.fanfeedr.com/), so there is a pay off!

I appreciate your time and look forward to having you on the team!

Cheers,
Joe Gill-BST&N site director
